Amateur Division
Darren Rose came through a nerve jangling sudden death play-off against Sue Underwood to win his first Amateur division competiton. Sue was and also chasing (and still is) her first Am tournament win so it was tense stuff.

Sue will be annoyed after having such a blinding first round - she was joint leader of the tournament, along with British Champion Del Robins and Charlie Mead.

Darren 'Dazzla' Rose has been showing great form at the start of the season and is without doubt a contender for the overal Am divison Champion. Other contenders must include, Sue Underwood, Colin Eagles, Gwyn Wilden and Jon Massey.

Am Final Result
1. Darren Rose (won on 3rd playoff hole) 228
2. Sue Underwood 228
3. Jon Massey 232
4. Gwyn Wilden 237

Open Division
Going into the final the winner was never in doubt. Del Robins had earnt himself a comfy ten shot lead. This was mainly down to a blistering second round of 51 on Saturday. This was the British Champion's first win of the 2003 season. Jester Wilson had a tight battle on Sunday with Charlie Mead and managed to claw his way back into contention for second, finishing with a one shot lead going into the final - a lead he maintained. Richard Sampson held 4th, 3 shots off the 3rd. Charlie Mead struggled in the final and Sampson caught him up, even going a shot up at one point. A tense last couple of holes saw the two players sharing the points for 3rd.

Open Final Result
1. Derek Robins 201
2. Jester Wilson 212
=3. Richard Sampson 217
=3. Charlie Mead 217
